What earns an entry
Any change to published content beyond routine copyediting: a figure corrected, a claim withdrawn or tightened, a source replaced because the original moved, or a scheduled review pass completing across a wing. Entries carry the date the fix shipped and the page it touched. Nothing is backdated and nothing is quietly deleted; if an entry itself turns out to be wrong, a new entry says so.
Spotted something this log has not? Email oliver@digitalsignet.com with the page URL and the source you checked against. Verified reports become entries here, and the source register holds the refresh cadence for every data class on the site.
